200 г.- бяла риба,костур, каракуда,може и друга но обезкостена и хубаво смляна

Така направих:
Изчистих хубаво рибата и я филирах да няма кости
Смлях кайма в комбайн... /може и на месомелачка няколко пъти да се пусне/.
Сложих по ред продуктите в снимките се вижда постъпково

Смесих всички подправки с рибната кайма.
Омесих добре каймата и с мокри ръце оформих кюфтенца.

Овалях всяко в галета и изпържих до златисто.
Направих по същият начин и от каракуда ,като хубаво я изчистих от костите и смлях.
Тях ги овалях в корнфлейкс и изпържих на средна температура.
Пърженето на рибните кюфтета трябва да става в НЕ много сгорещено олио за да може да се изпържи рибата и отвътре.
